Nattukaka aka Ghanshyam Nayak of the TV show ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma‘ returned to the set in December 2020 itself. He was on break for a long time due to throat surgery. Now the actor is back on shooting and is happy. Recently he spoke openly about the return of ‘Dayaben’ aka Disha Wakani on the show.
In an interview to The Times of India, he said, “It has been 12 years, working with Tarak Mehta’s team with Asit Modi. I worked so hard in the character of Nattukaka that people on the street started recognizing me with this role. It will be difficult for me to accept any other project. I don’t even feel the need. I am happy to play the character of Nattukaka. My character is loved by the people and I feel connected to the audience. After the surgery, I have been able to come back to the set by the Lord’s prayers. I am also thankful to the audience that he likes me and is able to see this character in the show. ”
In the coming episodes you will see that Nattukaka will go to his village. In such a situation, Ghanshyam Nayak has been on break again for some time. Ghanshyam Nayak says that in the coming episodes I will be shown going back to Mumbai. I will start shooting again. Till then I am on break.
