On Friday, the NCB has filed a 12,000-page chargesheet in the court in the Bollywood Drugs Case. Sources associated with the court have told that the NCB has filed this charge sheet against 33 people. All these people are directly associated with drugs supply and procurement to Sushant as well as ilisit financing.
Where Riya Chakraborty, his brother Shouvik Chakraborty, drug peddlers Karamjit, Azam, Anuj Keswani, Duane Fernandes and Arjun Rampal’s girlfriends are also brothers in this entire list. Charas was also found in Arjun Rampal’s girlfriend’s brother’s house. His name is also present in this charge sheet. Riya and Shouvik are charged under Sections 27A and 29 of the NDPS Act. This means that they are charged with procurement, illicit financing and trafficking of drugs.
Why is not Deepika’s name
Deepika Padukone’s name is nowhere in the charge sheet filed on Friday. Deepika’s case is related to case number 15 of NCB. The charge sheet filed is from NCB case number 32. In this, the names of Bharti Singh, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor are in the chargesheet.
According to the news of Dainik Bhaskar, sources have said that this charge sheet has nothing to do with the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. This whole matter is about the investigation of drugs syndicate. Karamjit, Azam, Anuj Keswani, Arjun Rampal’s sister, including big suppliers of drugs, have got 35 lakh cash, Mercedes car, 7 kg drugs. It has also been revealed that Riya Chakraborty, Shouvik Chakraborty, Kshitij Prasad and Ankush Aranja have been involved in the procurement and illegal financing of drugs.
