New Delhi: Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) has released the budget to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to submit the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the new metro line from Sector-142 to Sector-38A Botanical Garden Metro Station. Soon DMRC will hand over the DPR to NMRC management.
Let us inform that NMRC, Noida-Greno Authority will present the DPR in its board meeting for approval. After this it will be sent to the government for approval.
Eight stations are to be built on this line. NMRC MD Dr Lokesh M said that the stations and routes to be built on the metro line from Sector-142 to Botanical Garden have almost been decided.
Information has also been given to NMRC by DMRC. Now only DPR has to be submitted. For this, budget has been released to DMARC. It is expected that soon DMRC will submit the complete detailed report related to the route.
This will be the extension route of Aqua Line. Running the metro on this line will provide more convenience to the people commuting from Noida-Delhi to Greater Noida. At present there are stations of Blue and Magenta Line running between Noida-Delhi at Botanical Garden.
Now a third station for the Aqua Line will be built here, while it will be connected to the old station in Sector-142 through a track. Eight metro stations will be built on this line. The locations of all these eight stations have almost been decided. Of these, six stations will be built near the sector located near the expressway.
Station will be built here-
Sector-38A Botanical Garden Metro Station – This station will be built adjacent to the currently constructed station.
Sector-44-F Block, in front of the park.
Sector-96-In front of the new administrative office of Noida Authority being built.
Sector-97-About 150 meters from Unitech Building towards Greater Noida.
Sector-105- Near Hajipur Underpass, about 100 meters towards Greater Noida.
There is also a park in front of the landing slip road before Sector-108-JP flyover (Sector-82 flyover).
Sector-93-Between Parshvanath Prestige and Aldico Society.
There is also an underpass in front of Sector-91 Panchsheel Inter College.
