Netflix has rolled out the UPI AutoPay feature in India on 31 August. New users will get a chance to select the option of Autopay at the time of subscription.
OTT giant Netflix has rolled out a new feature for its Indian users. Now Netflix subscribers can auto-pay monthly rentals with the help of UPI. By issuing a statement on behalf of the company, it was said that from August 31, if a user subscribes to Netflix, then the option of auto-pay with the help of UPI will be available.
At present the facility of payment is available on both credit card and debit card. Apart from this, this facility is also available for integration service with Airtel, Vodafone Idea and Jio. To enable the auto-pay feature, first go to the Netflix website or app and open the profile section. In the Profile section, the Account section has to be opened. On clicking here, the option of Manage Payment will come. From here the change payment method has to be selected. Here the option of UPI Autopay has been given.
Till now the facility of payment was on limited cards
Currently, Netflix payments were only available on Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit and debit cards. Now it is also available on UPI.

According to the statement issued by the company, many types of content are going to come here for the audience in the coming days. In the coming days, series like Kota Factory, Little Things, Money Heist are going to come.

Telecom companies of the country are providing different OTT services on different recharge plans. If Vodafone Idea users want Netflix subscription for free, then it is available on Vi’s RedX plan. Jio offers free subscription to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ Hotstar VIP with all its postpaid plans.
