Delhi Airport new facility: In an effort to provide better facilities to the passengers, a new step has been taken by the airline at Delhi Airport. This facility has been started by Air India and Air India will be the first airline on whose behalf this facility is being provided.
Self-baggage drop and self-kiosk check-in service has been started for domestic and international passengers at Delhi airport.
Who are being given this facility
At present, this facility is being provided to all Indian flights along with Australia-bound flights. Air India passengers will get all the facilities from printing boarding passes and baggage tags, bag dropping to seat selection and updating flyer number.
Rajesh Dogra, Chief Customer Experience & Ground Handling Officer, Air India says that with its help the time taken in the checking process of passengers can be reduced. He has said that this service will be expanded to the aircraft of more and more countries.
