New Expressway: People travelling from Faridabad to Noida-Greater Noida are going to get a big gift. The work on Faridabad-Jewar Expressway has started. It is expected to be completed by June 2025. With this, it will take minutes, not hours, for 4 cities of NCR to reach Jewar Airport.

New Expressway: The journey of people of Delhi, Noida-Greater Noida and Faridabad is now going to be even easier. Now another new expressway is going to be added to the better means of easy travel from one city to another. This is going to provide great convenience to the people traveling from Delhi to Noida-Greater Noida and Faridabad daily. The special thing is that the travel time between these four cities will be reduced from 2 hours to 15 minutes.

Let us tell you that the people of Delhi-NCR are now going to get an option of Delhi Airport soon from the Jewar Airport to be built in Noida. In such a situation, the government is building many new expressways and highways to connect these cities. The name of Faridabad Jewar Expressway is included in this list. Through this expressway, the distance from Ballabhgarh to Jewar Airport can be covered in just 15 minutes. At present, it takes about 2 hours to complete this distance.

The project cost is Rs 2,414 crore

The new expressway will be 6 lanes and will reduce the distance from 90 km to just 31 km. Development work has already started and according to the National Highways Authority, this Rs 2,414.67 crore project is expected to be completed by June 2025. Work on this expressway started in June 2023. The proposed 31.425 km long expressway of the project will start from the link road junction on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway near Sector 65 in Faridabad. It will connect Jewar Airport directly. During this, about 22 km of the line will be in Haryana, while the remaining 9 km will be in Uttar Pradesh. It will start from Dayanatpur (near Jewar) and connect villages like Bahpur, Kalan and Mohana in Haryana via Vallabhnagar, Karauli Bangar, Farida Bangar, Amarpur and Jhuppa in Uttar Pradesh.

According to reports, it will also connect Delhi-Mumbai Highway, Yamuna Expressway, Kundli Ghaziabad Palwal (Eastern Peripheral Expressway) and Kundli, Manesar, Palwal (Western Peripheral Expressway).

Real estate prices may increase by up to 40%

Once the project is completed, commercial and industrial developments are also likely to accelerate, this route will connect both Faridabad and Gurugram directly to Jewar Airport. The Faridabad-Jewar Expressway is very important because after its construction, according to an estimate, real estate prices in the villages and other areas passing through it may increase by up to 40 percent.

What do experts say

In this regard, Manoj Gaur, President of CREDAI NCR and CMD of Gaur Group, says that the new expressway will further improve connectivity between Noida International Airport and Delhi. There was a demand for a new expressway on this route for a long time. Many big residential projects are also being constructed here. In such a situation, the new expressway is going to open a new door of possibilities for builders, buyers and investors. At the same time, Pawan Sharma, MD of Trisol Red, says that with the construction of this new expressway and its direct connection to Noida International Airport as well as its connection to Mumbai-Vadodara Expressway, there will be a tremendous jump in the demand for property here.

Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director of Bhumika Group, says that after this expressway, the area will develop in a planned manner. In future, this area is likely to develop as a great property hub. Not only this, with the construction of the expressway, the traffic load on Noida Greater Noida Expressway will also reduce. Mohit Goyal, Managing Director of Omex, says that with better connectivity, new projects are also likely to start here in the future. As the movement of people will increase, business and market will also grow at the same pace. This will be a positive thing for real estate.
