After the four-lane road is built, the journey from Alwar to Rajgarh will be completed in 40 minutes instead of 70 minutes. More than 5 lakh small and big vehicles pass through the Alwar-Rajgarh road every day. According to Mahi Lal, XEN, PWD, consideration is being given to making the Alwar-Rajgarh road a four-lane road. The load of vehicles is high and accidents also occur. It will be taken forward after the approval of higher officials.
It is noteworthy that most accidents happen on this route. Keeping this in mind, PWD has made this plan to make this route accident free under the Road Safety Campaign. The four-lane will be constructed after departmental approval. There will not be much need for land acquisition. There is empty space on both sides of the road.
