The first name among the expressways that are going to be fully opened in the year 2025 is Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. However, this expressway has been partially opened and it will be fully opened by the end of this year.
The total length of Delhi-Mumbai Express is 1350 km and it is being constructed under the Bharatmala project.

Delhi-Mumbai Expressway is a dream project
The special thing is that with the help of this expressway, one can reach Mumbai from Delhi in 12 to 13 hours. At present, the current travel time is 24 hours. In such a situation, after the completion of this expressway, 12 hours will be saved in the travel. Currently, 630 km route has been opened for vehicular movement. Delhi-Mumbai Expressway passes through 5 states of the country (Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra).
Jungle Safari Expressway
The 264 km long Delhi-Dehradun Expressway connecting Delhi to Dehradun is also ready. Now it is waiting for its inauguration. Through this expressway, you will reach Dehradun from Delhi in just two and a half hours. A connecting road to Haridwar is also being built on this expressway.
The most special thing about the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway is that Asia’s longest elevated wildlife corridor is being built here, which will pass through Rajaji National Park. Its length will be about 12 km. During this time, you will be able to enjoy the wild safari while sitting in the car.
This wildlife corridor has been constructed keeping in mind the safety of wildlife. For this, a 300 meter long Datakali tunnel has been built here, which has been specially designed for the safety of wild animals.
The journey will be completed in minutes
The special thing is that the distance of hours will be covered in minutes on these expressways. Because, the speed of vehicles here will be up to 100 kilometers per hour. The first part of about 32 kilometers long Delhi-Dehradun Expressway goes from Akshardham Temple in New Delhi to Baghpat in UP. In such a situation, after its opening, it will take only 25 minutes to reach Baghpat from Delhi.
