PhonePe has introduced a new feature for its users. The country’s popular digital payment platform PhonePe has launched a new Wallet Auto Top-Up feature through UPI E-mandate.
With the help of this feature, PhonePe users can now avail auto top-up facility by giving permission to set UPI e-mandates. This means that PhonePe customers will now be able to make payments from their wallets without the need to top up manually.
The digital payment company says that the purpose of bringing auto top-up option on the platform is to save the time of PhonePe Wallet users, which has a transaction success rate of 99.99 percent. Once the UPI e-mandate is set up, users will no longer need to enter a PIN or wait for an OTP to be received every time they load their wallet or make a payment.
How to activate Wallet Auto Op-up
PhonePe users can activate Wallet Auto Top-up by selecting the ‘Top-up’ icon in the Wallet section on the homepage of the app. Next, enter the amount you want to put in the wallet. Here you will get a pop-up message to enable auto top-up.
In this column, you can enter an amount ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,000 for auto top-up. Enter the UPI PIN by selecting the Auto Top-up Wallet option at the bottom of the top-screen. A confirmation message is received from the customer’s bank and thus an auto-top up mandate is created.
