New Flight: Good news for passengers going to Vaishno Devi from NCR, flight from Ghaziabad to Jammu started

It has become easier to go to Mata Vaishno Devi temple from NCR. Flight service has started from Ghaziabad’s Hindon Airport to Jammu. Now passengers will not need to go to Delhi Airport to go to Jammu. Rather they will have another option of air travel from NCR. The number of people going to Vaishno Devi temple will increase during Navratri.

New Flight: There is a big relief news for the passengers going to Vaishno Devi from Delhi-NCR. Actually, flight services to Jammu from Ghaziabad’s Hindon Airport have started from Sunday. The first flight from Hindon to Jammu took off at 9.30 am.

According to the latest information, the first flight service of Air India Express will start from Hindon to Jammu at 9.30 am on March 23. While the flight from Jammu to Hindon will be at 1 pm which will reach Hindon at 2:30 pm. After this, flight to Bhubaneswar will start on March 30. Booking for this has also started.

177 passengers flew from Hindon to Chennai

It is noteworthy that Air India Express flight service to Chennai started from Hindon Airport on Saturday (22 March). 177 passengers boarded on the first day. While 172 passengers reached Hindon Airport from Chennai.

Increase in number of people going to the mountains, waiting list crosses 200

With the increase in the number of people going to the mountains and Vaishno Devi temple during Navratri in the summer season, confirmed tickets are not available in trains. Waiting list has reached above 200. There is a rush to reserve tickets at the ticket counter at Ghaziabad Junction. People start queuing up at night to get Tatkal tickets.

RPF and GRP have increased security at the ticket counter. At the same time, monitoring has been increased on the brokers who get tickets confirmed. It has been learned that reserved seats are not available in many trains till May 25. Maximum waiting is going on in trains going to Jammu and Katra.

Navratri starting from March 30

Officials say that due to more booking of online and offline tickets, the seats are getting filled very quickly. Navratri is starting from March 30. In such a situation, people of the city are planning to go to Vaishno Devi temple but confirmed tickets are not available.

Omprakash, a resident of Kavinagar, said that he has been trying to book a ticket to Jammu for several days, but is unable to get one. It is extremely difficult to get a confirmed ticket in Swaraj Express, Malda Express, Shalimar Express, Shrishakti Express, Jammu Mail, Sampat Kranti Express and Jhelum Express.
