Himachal Pradesh spiritual center is all set to welcome a new flight connecting Amritsar to beautiful Shimla, the service will connect Amritsar and Shimla with flights thrice a week from 16th November
The inauguration of this important route by Air Alliance is scheduled on 16th November, marking a significant development in the aviation landscape of the state.
Top officials of Air Alliance have officially confirmed the launch of this unprecedented flight. Himachal Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, who recently unveiled the Amritsar-Manali and Amritsar-Shimla air routes, announced the launch of Amritsar-Shimla flights from November 16.
This flight, which will fly thrice a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, will depart from Shimla for Amritsar at 0810 hrs and reach Amritsar at 9:10 am. The return journey will depart from Amritsar at 09:35 am on the same day, reaching Shimla at 10:35 am. It is noteworthy that the fare for passengers on this route will be affordable at Rs 1990.
Flights are scheduled three days a week between Shimla and Amritsar, with fares discounted up to 50 percent with an aim to promote tourism in the region.
