New Flight Service: Religious tourism between India and Nepal will now get a further boost. For this, direct flight service between Varanasi and Kathmandu has been expanded. Nepal’s Buddha Airlines has started it. This flight service will reduce the distance between Kashi Vishwanath and Pashupatinath of Nepal.

Buddha Airlines director Rupesh Joshi said that now Varanasi-Kathmandu direct flight service will run 3 days a week. Let us tell you that earlier it used to operate 2 days a week. It was started in June 2018. UP CM Yogi Adityanath had started it at that time.

From September 18, now Buddha Airlines’ Varanasi-Kathmandu flight will fly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This flight will leave for Kathmandu from Varanasi airport at 8:30 am. Its starting fare is Rs 7000. However, it will keep changing. It is claimed that by next year this flight will fly from Varanasi to Kathmandu seven days a week. Which will further strengthen the relationship between the two countries.

Air service will also start from Ayodhya and Patna

Buddha Airlines director Rupesh Joshi said that soon Buddha Airlines will start new flight services from Ayodhya and Patna. After the construction of the international airport in Ayodhya, Buddha Airlines will start international flight services from Janakpur to Ayodhya and Kathmandu to Patna.

Buddha Airlines has 18 aircraft

Let us tell you that Buddha Airlines has a total of 18 aircraft, which includes 16 ATR 72 aircraft and 2 ATR 42. In the next 6 months, 2 more ATR 72 aircraft will be added to it.
