In the United Arab Emirates, labor law has been made to protect the rights of employers including workers, under which many types of cases related to it are resolved. According to the labor law of the United Arab Emirates, employees get 30 days of annual leave service in 1 year.
Let us tell that this rule is given in Article 29(1) of Employment Law, according to which it is the duty of the employer to provide 30 days of annual leave to the worker.
What will happen if leave is not taken?
Information has been given that if the worker does not take annual leave, then he should get cash for it on the basis of his basic salary. It has been clearly stated that the appointment committee worker should do all kinds of work as per the labor law, otherwise he may have to pay a fine. Jail or fine can be imposed as punishment.
