In the third phase, there is a plan to connect SNB to Alwar (58 km). This will be a 199 km long corridor line. The DPR (Detailed Project Report) of the Delhi-Alwar Metro Corridor is currently under consideration with the Government of India.

Delhi is now going to be closer to Alwar in Rajasthan. The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has expedited the process for the proposed metro corridor between Delhi and Alwar. Currently, the metro train runs from Delhi to Gurugram. There is a plan to run a rapid train from Gurugram to Alwar. However, it will take two to three years to build the metro corridor. But after the corridor is built, the rapid train will run from Alwar to Delhi at a speed of 160 km per hour which will cover the distance to Delhi in one and a half hours.

Along with this, the industrial relations of Delhi with Rajasthan will be strengthened further. Gurugram will be connected to the metro corridor in front of Hero Honda Chowk and Cyber ​​Hub in Cyber ​​City. People coming from Manesar to Alwar will also be able to reach Cyber ​​City. The DPR for the Delhi-SNB section has been approved for construction by the board of NCRTC in December 2018, the Haryana government in February 2019 and the Rajasthan government in June 2019.

Delhi- SNB- Alwar RapidEx is a 164 km approved semi-high speed rail line that will connect Delhi-Gurugram- Dharuhera-Rewari- SNB (Shahjahanpur- Neemrana- Behror) – Alwar. NCRTC will develop it in three phases. The Regional Rapid Transit System Line (RRTS) will connect Delhi SNB (106 km) in its first phase. It is then planned to connect SNB to Sotanala (35 km) in the second phase and finally SNB to Alwar (58 km) in the third phase. It will be a 199 km long corridor line. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 37,000 crore. The DPR (Detailed Project Report) of the Delhi-Alwar Metro Corridor is currently under consideration with the Government of India.
