New Metro Line: Approval has been given to lay a new metro line in this state, these will be the new stations

Noida Metro Extension: If you live in Noida or Greater Noida, then this news will make you happy. The proposal for the extension of Aqua Line has been approved by the UP Cabinet. This will make metro connectivity easier in Noida-Greater Noida and the sectors located along the Yamuna Expressway. In this plan, there is a proposal to extend the Aqua Line from Sector-142 station to Botanical Garden Station. A statement issued by the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) said that the cabinet’s approval is ‘an important step’ in the development of the city’s metro network. The extension of this line will benefit lakhs of people living in this area.

Millions of people will get the benefit of public transport

NMRC said that the new corridor has been designed to meet the growing demand for effective and reliable public transport. NMRC MD Lokesh M said that the cabinet’s permission is a big step. The new corridor will provide public transport facilities to lakhs of people of the city without any interruption. The city is developing around the Yamuna Expressway and the people living there and working in offices along the highway have been demanding a metro for years.

These metro stations will be built on the entire line

Botanical Garden, Sector-44, Sector-96, Sector-97, Sector-105, Sector-108, Sector-93 and Panchsheel Balak Inter College stations will be built on the new route. With the start of this route, it will be easy to travel from Noida-Greater Noida to Delhi. Apart from this, the interchange available at Botanical Garden station will provide facility to go to IGI Airport (via Magenta Line) and New Delhi Railway Station (via Blue Line) through metro.

Buses going to Greater Noida will also be available at Botanical Garden station. Currently, people living in sectors adjoining the expressway are dependent on cabs, auto rickshaws or their vehicles to go to office and home.
