The first phase of Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS Corridor is going to be inaugurated on October 20. In the first phase, RapidX train will run between Sahibabad station of Ghaziabad and Duhai depot. PM Modi will inaugurate it. The biggest discussion among the people was about what will be the fare of this RapidX Train. There are two types of coaches in RapidX train. Therefore the fare is also different.

In the first phase, RapidX train will run between Sahibabad station of Ghaziabad and Duhai depot. PM Modi will inaugurate it. The biggest discussion among the people was about what will be the fare of this RapidX Train.
There are two types of coaches in RapidX train. One for standard coach, while the other for premium coach. Therefore the fare will also be in two rates. The fare of premium coach is exactly double that of ordinary class coaches. Whereas the fare for children up to 90 cm height will be absolutely free.
Standard coach fare-
- The fare from Sahibabad to Ghaziabad station in standard coach will be Rs 30. Whereas the fare till Guldhar will be Rs 30, Duhai will be Rs 40 and Duhai Depot will be Rs 50.
- Similarly, the fare from Ghaziabad to Sahibabad will be Rs 30, Guldhar 20, Duhai and Duhai Depot will be Rs 30 each.
- The fare from Guldhar to Sahibabad will be Rs 30. The fare till Ghaziabad and Duhai station will be Rs 20 each, while the fare till Duhai depot will be Rs 30.
- The fare from Duhai to Sahibabad station will be Rs 40. At the same time, the fare till Ghaziabad will be Rs 30, till Guldhar and Duhai depot will be Rs 20-20.
- The fare from Duhai depot to Sahibabad will be Rs 50. The fare from Duhai depot to Ghaziabad and Guldhar station will be Rs 30 each, while the fare up to Duhai will be Rs 20.
Note- The minimum fare of RapidX train is Rs 20. That means, once you enter the station, if you want to get down at the same station or the next station, you will have to pay Rs.20.
Premium coach fare-
- At the same time, the fare in premium coach will be higher. The fare from Sahibabad to Ghaziabad station and Guldhar will be Rs 60.
- Whereas the fare till Duhai will be Rs 80 and till Dihai Depot will be Rs 100.
- The fare from Ghaziabad to Sahibabad will be Rs 60, Guldhar 40, Duhai and Duhai Depot will be Rs 60 each.
- The fare from Guldhar to Sahibabad will be Rs 60. The fare till Ghaziabad and Duhai station will be Rs 40 each, while the fare till Duhai depot will be Rs 60.
- The fare from Duhai to Sahibabad station will be Rs 80. At the same time, the fare till Ghaziabad will be Rs 60, till Guldhar and Duhai depot will be Rs 40-40.
- The fare from Duhai depot to Sahibabad will be Rs 100. The fare from Duhai depot to Ghaziabad and Guldhar station will be Rs 60 each, while the fare up to Duhai will be Rs 40.
Note- The minimum fare of RapidX train is Rs 40. That means, once you enter the station, if you want to get down at the same station or the next station, you will have to pay Rs 40.
Inaugurated on October 20, the RapidX train will start operating for the public from October 21. The train will run from 6 am to 11 pm.
Train tickets can also be taken through mobile app RapidX Connect. It will be digital and QR code based.
RapidX will also have a National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) card. Through which travel can be done. In this, minimum recharge can be done for Rs 100 and maximum recharge can be done for Rs 2000.
Ticket vending machines have also been installed at every station. Tickets can be purchased by paying through ATM, credit card and cash.
Paper QR code based tickets will also be issued, these tickets can be taken from the vending machine.
Where how many ticket vending machines
4 vending machines have been installed in Sahibabad. Four vending machines have been installed at Ghaziabad station, two each at Guldhar, Duhai and Duhai Depot stations.
How much luggage can passengers take?
Passengers can take with them luggage up to 25 kg. It is also worth mentioning here that there are a total of six coaches in the RapidX train. Of these, five are standard and one premium coach. After construction of the entire corridor from Delhi to Meerut, the number of RapidX coaches can be increased to nine. At present, out of the six coaches provided in the train, one coach will also be reserved for women.
