This chatbot will answer passengers’ questions in 10 different languages. This is the first platform of its kind for ticket booking of any airline in India. Developed completely in-house by IndiGo’s digital team in close collaboration with Microsoft, the AI chatbot is an important milestone for the airline, the airline said.
