In Western Railway, the loco pilot of Bhavnagar division of Gujarat saved the life of a lion by applying emergency brakes on Monday. Divisional Railway Manager Ravish Kumar said that loco pilot Ram Bahadur Verma, assistant loco pilot Mohammad Hanif Khan saw an Asiatic lion walking very close to the railway track on the bridge above bridge number 28 between Liliya Mota-Sawarkundla section.
