Step 1. First of all, you have

to go to the official website of National Voter Service Portal https://www.nvsp.in/ .

Step 2. After which you have to register yourself in it.Step 3. After registering, you have to click on the first register for New Elector in the option shown on the left side.

Step 4. A form will open in front of you and after submitting it, an OTP will appear on your registered number.

Step 5. After which your constituency official will get a call for verification on your mobile.

Step 6. After verification, a booth level officer will come to your house and check the documents that you have submitted online.

Step 7. The booth level officer will take a hardcopy of the documents you submitted online. After which all those documents will be verified which takes 15 days. After verification, your voter ID will be sent to your home within a month.

These documents are necessary.

As an address proof for Voter ID, you will need Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, bank passbook, electricity or water bill, and for verification of age, you will need Tenth Marksheet, Birth Certificate or Aadhaar.
