Under this policy, employees will have to work from the office three days a week and they will also have the option of remote working only for specific days in the year.
According to TOI, Wipro had already announced that it was implementing a compulsory new hybrid work policy, but the details of the hybrid work policy have now been officially shared. Govil said that the new policy is a “modern approach to the future of work” and is “best in class”.
