Ahigh-voltage drama unfolded after a newlywed bride reached a police station demanding permission to marry her lover. The video of the entire incident is now going viral on social media.

In the now-viral video, a newlywed bride can be seen creating ruckus inside the police station and demanding to marry her lover. She can be heard saying, “Do shaadi karenge Do Shaadi (I will do two marriages).”

The bride appears to be under the influence of alcohol as she creates ruckus. She is even seen throwing papers and a mobile phone while the female constables there try to control her. The bride, wearing a red and golden saree, can later be seen dragged into a room by one of the female constables.

The video was shared on Twitter by Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj and has so far garnered over 39K views with more than 268 retweets and quote retweets. Moreover, the video has prompted several other users to take a dig at the woman.

“I pray for the well-being of her husband,” wrote one user. Another joked, “Manjulika has taken over the soul of this lady, 2 kya 20 shaadi bhi kar skti hai…” A third user wrote, “Lover se hi shadi kr leti..”

Meanwhile, a few netizens took the side of the bride and blamed her parents for forcing her to marry.

One user wrote, “She looks inebriated. Probably married off against her will.
