After this the land can be registered.
NOC to be taken before taking land
Apart from Yamuna area, the district administration has also decided to alert the people after increasing cases of illegal sale of land by land mafia in Khadar of Hindon river. The District Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar has alerted the people. It has been said in the order that before buying land anywhere in Noida-Greater Noida, people will have to take a no objection certificate. The district administration believes that with this step, where encroachment will be curbed, people will be able to avoid falling into the trap of land mafia.
District Magistrate warns people, do not buy illegal land by getting confused
It is being told that for a long time, the district administration was receiving complaints that land mafia operating in the area are selling agricultural land in Noida and Greater Noida as residential. Actually, this work is illegal under the law and rule. Actually, land mafia is selling plots and houses in such places which comes in submergence area. The district administration has also been warning about this, despite this, people fall prey to the land mafia and lose their lakhs of rupees, because the administration breaks them after getting information.
Have to take 2 NOC
An alert has been issued by the District Magistrate Suhas LY to prevent fraud in the name of plot/land in Noida and Greater Noida and to stop encroachment on government land. It clearly states that no objection certificate will have to be obtained from two departments before buying and selling land in Noida and Greater Noida region. The DM said in the alert that the district administration is also taking continuous action against such land mafia, but people should also be alert and do not fall prey to such fraudsters. It has been said by the District Disaster Management Authority that these areas are submerged areas of rivers. In such a situation, in the event of flood, there will be maximum loss of life and property. Even here land cannot be bought and sold.
Despite the action, the land mafia is not deterring
It is worth mentioning that the land mafia first lures the middle class people by showing them the dream of a house, then sell the submerged area or illegal land. Meanwhile, when the district administration reaches to demolish the illegal construction, they come to know about the ground reality, but by then it is too late.
