Private bank ICICI has introduced some special facilities for its customers. According to the bank, now its customers will also be able to take advantage of voice assistant based banking services. Through these services, they will now get many more information including knowing the bank balance, getting credit card details. These information can be obtained by asking Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
A report by Business Insider states that ICICI Bank has started using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in its work to its fullest and has increased the use of multi-channel chatboats. Its iPal is partnered with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Therefore, the customers of the bank will now be able to get information related to their banking by speaking on Alexa or Assistant. This service is available through voice commands.
