Step 1: Go to NSDL Portal
Step 2: Use your PRAN i.e. Permanent Retirement Account Number as User ID and your account password to login
Step 3: Enter the captcha code to proceed
Step 4: Click on the option of Holding Statement in the Transaction Statement
Check balance by SMS
Give a missed call to 9212993399 from your NPS mobile number. In its response, you will receive an SMS containing all the details of your account balance. You can talk to customer service by calling (022) 2499 3499 for any query related to National Pension Scheme.
Check Balance on UMANG App
1. First download the UMANG app on your smartphone.
2. After login to it, go to NPS
3. Select your Central Recordkeeping Agency (CRA) after switching to NPS
4. After opening a page, select the option of Current Holding in it.
5. Then enter your Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) and Password
6. Login after all the process is done then you will be able to see your account balance
