1.18 lakh employees opted for old pension scheme
In Himachal, 1.18 lakh employees are going to join the old pension scheme. In fact, July 3 was fixed as the last date for joining the old pension scheme from NPS. 1.18 lakh employees of the state have opted for the old pension scheme. There are 346 such employees who want to remain in NPS only. The same now the opportunity to choose the option has been closed.
