OLA Cab Booking: Ola has come up with a new feature called Ola Prime Plus. As a result, if you book a cab, it will not be cancelled.
App Cab is all the rage now. App based caps have reduced the hassle of going somewhere in small to big cities across the country. Just by making a booking on the phone, the car appears at the doorstep within a few minutes. However, passengers have several complaints about the app cabs. Among them, the most common complaint is that the car driver repeatedly cancels the booking. But now Ola has started such a service, as a result of which bookings no longer have to think about cancellation.
Ola has launched a new feature keeping in mind the convenience of passengers. The app cab-based company is launching a new premium service called Ola Prime Plus. Currently, this service is said to be in the experimental phase. Under this service, Ola will provide benefits like ‘Top Driver’, ‘No Cancellation’ to the customers. Now let’s know about this new feature of Ola
Ola Prime Plus
As informed, this Ola Prime Plus facility is currently launched for some users in Bengaluru. It is believed that the company is keen to get customer feedback on this feature before rolling it out simultaneously across the country. That’s why Ola has launched this service in Bengaluru for the time being on an experimental basis.

Ola co-founder and CEO Bhavish Agarwal gave information about this new service in a tweet. He tweeted, ‘ Ola Cab has started testing a new premium service. This Prime Plus Best Driver, Top Car, will eliminate cancellation or operational issues. It is being launched today in Bangalore. You try it.’
How will it work?
Bhavesh Agarwal also provided a screenshot of what the service will look like once it is launched. It is seen that Prime Plus option is coming at the time of car selection in booking. But one thing is that, in that screenshot, the fare on Prime Plus is shown to be lower than Mini. The screenshot shows Ola Mini showing a fare of Rs 535 for the destination. There Ola Prime Plus fare is showing Rs 455. If this is true then there is no doubt that it is going to be very profitable. Because this will reduce the cost to customers.
