One Nation One Ration Scheme: From today, ration will be available in Delhi under One Nation One Ration Card. With the implementation of the scheme, people living in Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, MP from many other states can take ration. This scheme has been implemented through e-POS system. That is, ration items will be available in ration shops through biometric certification.
The biggest benefit of One Nation One Ration will be for those poor people who have gone to Delhi in search of work. And they do not have ration card of Delhi. In such a situation, now they will also be able to take ration under the One Nation Plan. Now the ration available under National Food Security Act (NFSA) and Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY) will be available under e-POS machine.
It is worth noting that the trial of e-POS machine in Delhi has also been completed at all the shops. After which an order has been issued that the ration available under National Food Security Act (NFSA) and Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY) will now be available through e-POS machine. Let us tell you, the Delhi government has decided to distribute free ration till November 2021.
