Follow these steps
- To apply online for PAN card, first visit the NSDL website.
- During this, fill all the personal information by choosing the correct category of the applicant.
- Now upload other important documents including the minor’s age certificate and photo of the parents.
- During this time, upload only the signatures of the parents.
- After paying the fee of Rs 107, submit the form.
- Then you will get a receipt number which you can use to know the status of the application.
- After applying you will get a mail.
- PAN card will reach you within 15 days of its successful verification.
Keep these documents ready
- Many documents are required to apply for PAN card.
- Proof of address and identity of the minor’s parents will be required.
- Address and identity certificate of the applicant is also necessary.
- As proof of identity, the guardian of the minor must submit any one of the following documents: Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card. Will have to be deposited.
- For address proof, a copy of Aadhar card, post office passbook, property registration documents or original residence certificate will have to be submitted.
