Through the Income Tax website
Step 1: If you have a valid Aadhaar card number, then you can register online and generate e-PAN number immediately.
Step 2: Go to the official website of Income Tax Department https://eportal.incometax.gov.in and click on the option of ‘Instant e-PAN’.
Step 3: After this, enter your Aadhaar number and click on the option of ‘Continue’.
Step 4: After this, OTP will come on the phone number registered in your Aadhaar card. Enter it and click on the box agreeing to the terms and conditions. After this, your personal information will appear in front of you and verify it and click on ‘Continue’.
Step 5: Now a message will come on your phone number which will contain your PAN number. Usually the e-PAN card number is generated within 10 minutes.
Through NSDL website
Step 1: First of all go to the official website of NSDL, https://nsdl.co.in
Step 2: After this, select the option of ‘New PAN for Indian Citizens’ (Form 49AA) in the application. After this, select the appropriate category and title and enter information like your surname, name, date of birth or starting date, email and mobile number.
Step 3: After this, a token number will come on your email and check the option of ‘Continue With PAN Application’ in the mail.
Step 4: Select the mode of submission of all the documents (offline or online). After this, submit the documents. Also select the option to receive the PAN card in the form of a plastic card.
Step 5: Submit the PAN application, after which the payment page will open in front of you. After making the payment, you will get a receipt through which you can track your application.
Through UTIITSL website
Step 1: First of all go to the official website of UTIITSL www.utiitsl.com. Click on the option of ‘PAN Card for Indian Citizens / NRI’.
Step 2: Now click on the tab of ‘Apply for New PAN Card (Form 49A or Form 49AA)’.
Step 3: After this, enter the information like mode of obtaining PAN card and mode of submission of documents in the form and after that click on the option of ‘Submit’.
Step 4: Now the reference number will come in front of you and click on the OK button here to proceed. Now enter your personal information and other required information. Also submit the required documents.
Step 5: Now the payment page will open in front of you and after making the payment, you will also get a receipt on your email through which you can track the application.
