A special campaign has been started to minimize the pending files of passports in Regional Passport Office, Ghaziabad. For disposal of pending files of applicants, information is being given through social media, email etc. The problem of those applicants who do not have an appointment for enquiry, is being solved by giving them immediate walk-in appointment. In such a situation, applicants can immediately reach the office and take an appointment to get their pending passport as soon as possible.

Let us tell you that under the guidelines of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, 354500 passports and PCC have been issued from Ghaziabad Regional Passport Office in the year 2023. This year, instructions have been given by Regional Passport Officer Anuj Swarup to increase this number further and to provide better passport related facilities to the citizens in the shortest time.
