Currently, only citizens of Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and Finland can enter Vietnam without visa. Vietnam saw a three-fold extension in the visa waiver period for citizens of 13 countries, now capped at 45 days.
Relaxation has started in Thailand-Sri Lanka
Let us tell you, the last months have been very good for Indian travelers, both Thailand and Sri Lanka have given visa exemption to Indian citizens. Thailand has abolished visa requirements for Indian travelers from November 10. With this relaxation, Indian tourists are allowed to stay for 13 days and you can avail it till May 10 next year. The Government of Thailand also said that if demand increases further, the scheme will be extended further.
How long can you go to Sri Lanka without a visa
In October this year, Sri Lanka also started visa free entry for travel to seven countries including India, China and Russia as a pilot project. This initiative will remain effective till 31 March 2024. This means that during this period, Indian travelers can visit Sri Lanka without a visa.
