Passport Ranking: The list of the world’s most powerful passports in the year 2024 has arrived. In the latest Henley Passport Index, a total of 6 countries have got the first position in the list of most powerful passports in the world. Among these countries, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore and Spain have got the first place in this list. Citizens of these countries have the facility of visa free or visa on arrival in 194 countries of the world. In this list, India has moved up 3 places from 83rd position in the year 2023 and has got 80th rank. If we talk about neighboring country Pakistan, it has got 101st position. The situation is that above Pakistan is Yemen where Houthi rebels have created havoc in the Red Sea.
The Henley Passport Index has been released based on the data of the International Air Transport Association. In this list, Japan and Singapore were at the top position for the last 5 years but this time Europe has done wonders. France, Germany, Italy, Spain have topped the list. Austria, Denmark, Ireland and Netherlands have got third place in the list.
