First of all go to the official website of NSDL https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html .
- इसमे Application Type में Changes of Correction in Existing PAN Data/Reprint of PAN Card (No Changes in existing PAN Data) को चुनें.
- A form will open in which you will have to give your personal details like name, mobile number, address etc. and the details of the PAN card you want to surrender.
- After submitting the form, a token number will be generated which will be sent to your mobile number through a message.
After this you have to click on Continue with PAN Application Form.
Now on the new page, you have to select the Submit Scanned Image through e Sign option. Here you fill the details of your PAN card and then fill your personal details.
After this, you have to give the details of the PAN card that you want to surrender.
Submit your form by filling all the information.
You will get this information through email and message and your PAN card will be surrendered in a few days. In this way, you can surrender your PAN card sitting at home and also avoid paying the fine.
