Pension will increase by Rs 3000

In fact, on Tuesday, CM Manohar Lal Khattar had come to attend a ‘Jan Samvad’ program organized at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, where in his address he said that senior citizens will be allowed to apply for pension after attaining the age of 60 years. There is no need to go through the trouble as the pension starts automatically through ‘Parivar Pehchan Patra’. He also announced that the amount given under the Old Age Pension Scheme will soon be increased to Rs 3,000 per month.

Pension cards handed over to these pensioners

CM further said that Haryana is the state that gives maximum pension to the elderly. Now the citizens of the state do not have to run around for pension after completing 60 years of age. Pension is being made automatically through family identity card. During this period, CM made pension cards for 22 people and provided them. The CM also announced the construction of Hisar to Khanak road to be built at a cost of Rs 37 crore and Hisar to Balsamand road to be built at a cost of Rs 8 crore.
