For this you can complain by going to epfigms.gov.in or you can also file a complaint by tweeting on EPFO’s Twitter handle @socialepfo.
If you are employed, you will also have a PF account in EPFO. Now EPFO has made the process of making Complain Provident Fund related problem online very easy. Subscribers can make any complaint online. If you have any complaint related to withdrawal of provident fund, transfer of EPF account, KYC etc. then you can lodge your complaint through Grevens Management System. Not only this, you can also file a complaint by tweeting on EPFO’s Twitter handle @socialepfo.

How to complain?
First go to this link ( epfigms.gov.in ).
Click Register Grievance there.
After this a new webpage will open, where you have to select the status. You have to choose PF member, EPS pensioner, Employer or any of the others. If you do not have a UAN or pension payment order, then where you choose the option of Other.
For PF related complaint, PF member status has to be selected, after which enter your UAN and security code and click on Get Details.
All this will have to be done after getting the details
After this, you will start seeing details. Click on Get OTP, after which an OTP will appear on your registers mobile and email id.
After entering the OTP, you will be verified and you will have to fill personal information.
After entering personal information, choose the PF number with which you have filed the complaint.
After this a pop up screen will open, in which you have to choose what your complaint is about.
Choose the category of complaint and fill in the required information. If you have any proof then it can also be uploaded.
Once the complaint is registered, click on Add and click on submit.
After this, your complaint will be registered and a registered registration number will come on your registered mobile number and email ID, which should be preserved.
How to check the status of your complaint
After registering your complaint, you can also check its status, what is the progress regarding your complaint. For this, you have to go to the same website once again, where you filed your complaint. First go to this link ( epfigms.gov.in ). There you will see the View Status option, by clicking on which you will have to enter the registration number and mobile number of your complaint, after which you will know the status of the complaint.
