Once again a plane crash has occurred in Philadelphia, America. A small plane crashed after which several houses caught fire. There were six people on board this plane.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) says that this accident happened near Roosevelt Mall on Friday evening. The plane that crashed was a Learjet 55 aircraft. The plane was going to Springfield Branson National Airport. Confirming the accident, Transport Minister Sean Duffy said that the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will jointly investigate this incident.
According to the report, after the plane crashed, some houses and several cars caught fire due to falling debris. Flight data shows that the plane took off at 6 pm local time and disappeared from the radar a few seconds after takeoff.

After the incident, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro said that he is offering all state resources to help. Fire officials confirmed that several houses caught fire after the incident in the area of Cottman Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard around 6 pm.

Philadelphia’s emergency management office called this accident a ‘major incident’ and confirmed road closure in the area.
