This is how the status check

One way to do this is to contact the authorities concerned and find out about your status. However, if you want information about it sitting at home, then you can track it online as well.

First of all, you have to visit the official portal of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Then after this you have to click on Citizen Assessment. After this, clicking on Track Your Assessment Status will open a new page.

Now you have to enter your registration number. If it is not there, then you click in any one of the By Name, Father Name, Mobile No. Whatever option you have selected. In it, you will have to enter your state name, city name, district name, your name, father’s name and mobile number. Then it has to be submitted. After this, the status of the application will appear on the screen.

Then you can get complete information by clicking on your name. In this, the details of the stage in which your application takes place is found.

What is the scheme?

A major feature of this scheme is that people living in urban slums are also entitled to benefit under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Under this scheme, 1 lakh rupees have been allocated to them by the government.

Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) facility for those who do not own property and who are not suitable for home loan to build a house. Under this scheme, the Government of India has allocated Rs 1.50 per house.

Under Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC) facility, if someone owns a property and wants to build or upgrade a house, under this scheme, like AHP, the government gives Rs 1.50 lakh per house.

Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) – People who can get a home loan under this facility can avail this scheme. In this, you can get a home loan at an interest rate of 6.50 per annum.
