PM Awas Yojana, Jharkhand News Those who got Indira Awas were again given the benefit of Prime Minister’s Housing. This was revealed when the entire matter was investigated on the orders of the Lokayukta. This case is related to Badkachumba Gram Panchayat in Mandu block of Ramgarh district. Action has been taken to recover the amount from all the concerned accused after the revelations in the investigation here. The Deputy Commissioner of Ramgarh has submitted a report related to this to the Lokayukta office.
On the order of the Lokayukta, the responsibility of investigating this irregularity was given to BDO of Mandu. The BDO of Mandu had demanded an explanation from the head of the Barakachumba panchayat. After this, the amount has been recovered from the Panchayat Sevak and three beneficiaries in charge. The departmental action on the Panchayat servant in charge is subject to process.

1.Arvind Kumar Mahato, Jansevak (In-charge Panchayat Sevak): Rs.136500.
2.Bigan Baitha (benefic): Rs 39000.
3.Lokni Devi (Benefuk): Rs 39000.
4.Nirmal Saw (Beneficiary): Rs 39000.
