PM Kisan: There are mistakes in the applications of more than 2 crore farmers, which need to be rectified, if they are not corrected then they will not get the amount of the ninth installment.
PM Kisan: 1.35 lakh crore rupees have been deposited by the Modi government in the bank accounts of 11 crore farmers of the country. Now the government is also going to put the ninth installment (August-November) in the accounts of farmers soon. But many farmers will not get this installment.
Mistakes in applications of more than 2 crore farmers
Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, till 13 July 2021, applications of 12.30 crore people have come to the central government. But out of these, there are mistakes in the applications of 2.77 crore farmers. These mistakes have to be rectified. Apart from this, the transactions of about 27.50 lakh farmers have failed and the applications of 31.63 lakh farmers have already been canceled at the level. Correction is yet to be done in the data of 2.84 crore farmers of Uttar Pradesh. The number of such farmers is even higher in Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
Money is being recovered from such farmers
Such people are also taking advantage of this scheme who do not come under its purview. Many states have received such complaints. Governments have now started taking action against such ineligible farmers by identifying them. The government has cut the names of these ineligible people from the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. Apart from this, the money is being recovered from the farmers who have taken money wrongly from the scheme.
Do not make such mistakes, the installment will stop
Actually, due to many small mistakes in the application, your installment may get stuck. Like
1. Farmer’s name must bein English.
2. Farmers whose name is in Hindi in the application, it is necessary to correct them in English.
3. Even if the name of the applicant in the application and the name of the applicant in the bank account are different, then the payment may fail.
4. If there is a mistake in writing the bank’s IFSC code, bank account number and village name, then your installment will not be credited to your account.
5. Recently, IFSC codes of banks which have merged with other banks have changed. So the applicant should update his/her new IFSC Code.
How to fix mistake
To rectify the mistakes made while registering for the scheme, first you have to go to the website pmkisan.gov.in.
After this you have to click on the option of ‘Farmers Corner’.
After this you will see the option of ‘Aadhaar Edit’. Here you can make corrections in your Aadhaar number.
If you have entered your bank account number wrong, then you will have to contact the Agriculture Department office or Lekhpal to get it rectified.
