PM Kisan Pension
It is also called PM Kisan Mandhan Yojana (PM kisan mandhan yojana). If a farmer is taking advantage of the PM-Kisan scheme, then he will not have to provide any documents for PM Kisan pension. Because the entire record of such farmers is with the central government. Under this scheme, farmers can choose to contribute directly from the 6000 rupees received from the PM-Kisan scheme. In this way, he will not have to spend money directly from his pocket. The premium will be deducted from the PM Farmer’s Fund itself.
Kisan Credit Card (KCC)
The Kisan Credit Card scheme has now been linked to the PM Kisan Scheme. This has been done so that the beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana get the benefit of KCC. During the lockdown, the government had targeted to give 2.5 crore more farmers to KCC, out of which 1.5 crore has been given. KCC has been made very easy for the remaining people. The Central Government has a record of all the beneficiaries of the PM Kisan Scheme, so it is not permissible to give the benefit of KCC to the farmer on the bank. The central government gives loans of up to 3 lakh rupees at 4 percent interest rate on the Kisan Credit Card.
