Keep mobile number active
Make sure that the mobile number with which your Aadhaar Card is linked is active with you.
Can do biometric verification
If you cannot use Aadhaar OTP, you can opt for ‘Biometric Verification’.

If you are unable to complete the eKYC process, you can visit your nearest CSC centre.
