PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana 15 Installment: Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is one of the biggest schemes being run by the Central Government for farmers. Under this scheme, farmers are given Rs 6,000 annually in 3 installments of Rs 2,000-2000 every 4 months. Till now, 14 installments have been sent to the farmers by the Modi government and now preparations are on to release the 15th installment.
According to the rules of the scheme, the first installment is given between April to July, the second installment between August to November and the third installment between December to March, in such a situation, there is a possibility that after Diwali, the money will be transferred to the accounts of more than 8 crore farmers before 30th November. The next installment of Rs 2000-2000 can be sent to the accounts. However, official confirmation regarding the final date is yet to be received.
The amount will not be received without these 3 documents
Keep in mind that the benefit of the 15th installment will be available only to those farmers who have completed the process of eKYC, land verification and Aadhaar linking. If you do not get this done, your installment is sure to get stuck. To get the next installment, it is mandatory for the farmers to have e-KYC, land verification and Aadhaar card linked to the bank account, otherwise the money will not be received. If there is any mistake in your form or the bank account number is wrong, then your installment May get stuck.

Ineligible for this scheme
- Not all institutional landholders can avail the benefit of this scheme. Farmer families in which one or more members belong to the following categories cannot avail the benefit of this scheme. Are holding or have previously held constitutional positions.
- Former and present Ministers/Ministers of State, former or present members of Rajya Sabha/State Assemblies/Lok Sabha/State Legislative Councils, former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations and former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats.
- All retired pensioners (except multi tasking employees) receiving pension of Rs 10,000 or more.
- Doctors, engineers, lawyers, chartered accountants and architects registered with professional bodies also cannot avail the benefits of PM Kisan Yojana.
- All those persons who had paid income tax in the previous assessment year also cannot avail the benefits of the scheme.
- All serving or retired officers and employees of Ministries/Offices/Departments of the Central/State Government and its field units, Central or State Public Undertakings and attached offices/autonomous institutions under the Government as well as regular employees (Multi Tasking Staff) of local bodies /except LV Class/Group D employees)
Will both husband and wife get the benefit of the scheme?
These questions often come up regarding PM Kisan Yojana, whether husband-wife or father-son or more than one member of the family can get the benefit of Samman Nidhi amount under PM Kisan Yojana, can more than one member be its beneficiary? can? So the answer is no.
Since according to the government rules, only one member of the family can get the benefit of PM KISAN scheme. If husband-wife or father, son or more than one member in the family has got the benefit of this scheme, then the amount can be recovered from them, because such people are not eligible for this Kisan Samman Nidhi. The Central Government has also clarified many times that the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana is given to only one person in a farmer family.
How to get eKYC done?
- Visit the official website of PM Kisan Yojana
- Click on ‘e-KYC’ option under Farmer Corner
- Now provide your Aadhaar number
- After this, OTP will come on your mobile number, submit it.
PM KISAN – Check your name in the list
- First of all, you have to go to the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (https://pmkisan.gov.in/) and select the option of Know Your Status showing on the portal.
- Enter your registration number here, if you do not have a registration number then click on the option of Know your registration no.
- After this you have to enter your mobile number and captcha. Now you will receive an OTP. After entering the OTP you will know the registration number.
- After entering the registration number, you will know your status. If you want to see the names of the people of your village along with you, then you have to go to the PM Kisan portal and select the option of Beneficiary List.
- After this you have to enter the name of your state, district, block and village. By downloading the Beneficiary List, you can see who else in the village is getting the benefit of this scheme along with your name.
