All those people who get pension are not entitled to this scheme. – People paying income tax have also been kept away from PM-Kisan Yojana.

These are the conditions for this scheme

For the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, it is necessary to have a farm or agricultural land in the name of the farmer. Many such farmers are also connected with this scheme, who do not have land in their name. The government has decided to exclude such farmers from this scheme. Till now, the farmers of the joint family were also given the benefit of this scheme. The central government has also changed the terms of the scheme for joint families.

Keep these things in mind

Now joint family farmers will have to give the details of the registered land in their name. If a farmer cultivates his family farm, then the same farmer of the family will get the benefit of this scheme, in whose name the cultivated land is registered. Farmers of joint families will have to register their share of land in their own name to avail the scheme.
