BJP is campaigning with full force in West Bengal. In this episode, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has made a big announcement at an election rally. Amit Shah has said that if BJP government is formed in Bengal, farmers will be given full benefit of Samman Nidhi.

Kolkata: As the elections of West Bengal assembly are coming closer, the electoral battle is getting faster. Every party is trying to woo voters in its own way. Home minister and former BJP president Amit Shah has made a big announcement for farmers in an election rally. It is believed that Amit Shah’s announcement can prove to be a master stroke in Bengal elections.

Every farmer will get 18 thousand rupees

Modi government started the Kisan Samman Nidhi for farmers. Under this scheme, 6 thousand rupees are given every year from the government to eligible farmers. This scheme has not yet been implemented in Bengal. At the election rally, Amit Shah announced that if the BJP government is formed in Bengal, the Kisan Samman Nidhi will be implemented from the beginning. It has been 2 years since the Kisan Samman Nidhi was implemented in the country, under which 12-12 thousand rupees have been deposited in the farmers’ account. Amit Shah’s statement is being linked to this. After winning elections in Bengal, the BJP will deposit the third installment with the arrears of 2 years in the account of every farmer, which will bring 18-18 thousand rupees to the account of the farmer.

Millions of farmers will benefit

According to the data, the guidelines made under the Kisan Samman Nidhi include about 70 lakh farmers of West Bengal who can benefit from this scheme. In such a situation, this statement of Amit Shah is being considered very important because the assembly elections are to be held in West Bengal this year and it is clear from the election campaign that there is going to be a tough fight between BJP and TMC.

Farmers did not get respect fund in Bengal

Nearly 70 lakh farmers in West Bengal have not received the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi because CM Mamta Banerjee has not implemented this scheme in Bengal. Some farmers had applied online, but the verification work is with the state government. These farmers were not given help by the central government due to the state government not doing the verification. Actually, after applying online under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, the state government verifies the farmers’ revenue records, Aadhaar number and bank account number. Until the state government verifies the account, farmers do not get the benefit of this scheme.

Wrong information will have to be heavy

The Kisan Samman Nidhi guidelines have been updated by the Modi government. Under this scheme, government money is being withdrawn from all the farmers who had taken advantage of this scheme by giving false information. In such a situation, it is necessary to know which farmers are rightly entitled to this scheme, because in the absence of information or willful wrong information, you may be overwhelmed.

1- Farmers working on the farm will not get the benefit of the scheme
2- Government or retired employees are also not rightly entitled to the scheme
