New Delhi. The government said on Wednesday that it has directly transferred more than Rs 1.15 lakh crore to the bank accounts of more than 10.75 crore farmers under the PM-Kisan scheme. Addressing a function on the occasion of the second anniversary of PM-Kisan, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said that the government has asked the states to ensure that all eligible farmers get the benefit of this flagship program. 1.15 lakh crore rupees sent directly to farmers account
So far, 10.75 crore farmers have benefited from this scheme and the Center has disbursed more than Rs 1.15 lakh crore directly into the bank accounts of farmers. Under this scheme, every year the Modi government gives 6000 rupees in 2000, 2000 in three installments to the farmers. Under this, the first installment of every year comes from April 1 to July 31, the second installment from August 1 to November 30 and the third installment from December 1 to March 31.

Now go to Farmers Corner.

After this, Aadhaar number has to be entered.
With this, the state has to be selected by entering captcha code and then the process will have to proceed.

Also the bank account details and field information will have to be filled.
After this you can submit the form.

This scheme, which started in 2019, found some mistakes in the past, which the government has decided to rectify. The government has taken this step to bring transparency in the scheme. Farmers who have registered for new registration under Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, will now have to mention their plot number in the application form. However, the new rules will not affect the old beneficiaries associated with the scheme.
