Under the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi, eighth installment has been released for farmers recently, in which about 21 thousand crore rupees have been released for about 10 crore farmers of the country. Under this scheme, from the year 2019 onwards, farmers are given six thousand rupees a year. This amount is sent directly to their bank account under the direct benefit transfer scheme.
However, we are talking about what the family gets if the beneficial farmer dies. After the death of the farmer, whoever is the eligible heir of the beneficiary, will also get six thousand rupees in a year. For this, the heirs have to apply on the PM Kisan Portal. If the heir is also doing farming, only then the benefit of that scheme will be given, it has to be kept in mind.
They will not get the benefit of the scheme
They will get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana, which is on constitutional or government post. Former or current public representatives also cannot be included in this scheme. If a farmer is an officer in the Central Government or the State Government or he gets a pension of Rs 10,000 or more, he too will be automatically excluded from the scheme. No professional or professionals in this scheme, such as doctors, engineers, chartered accountants, lawyers, lawyers or legal advisors, architects, etc. can also participate in this scheme. Even if a farmer is an income tax payer, he will be deprived of it. It may be known that the Chief Minister Kisan Samriddhi Yojana was also in force in Jharkhand, but it only lasted from the year 2014 to 2019. The present Hemant Soren’s government discontinued the scheme.
