PM Kisan Yojana: Farmers of these states get Rs 12,000, know how to take advantage of the scheme

PM Kisan Yojana: Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Rs 6,000 is provided annually to the farmers. Meanwhile, the state governments of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh are also providing Rs 6,000 annually. In such a situation, farmers of these states get Rs 12,000 annually. In Madhya Pradesh, the state government had increased the amount of Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana from Rs 4000 to Rs 6000.

PM Kisan Yojana: Many schemes are being run by the Central Government and State Governments to increase the income of farmers. The objective of these schemes is to improve the living standard of farmers. Along with this, they also have to be provided financial security. Similarly, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is being run by the Central Government. Meanwhile, Shinde government is also running ‘Namo Kisan Maha Samman Nidhi Yojana’ in Maharashtra. Along with this, Chief Minister Farmer Welfare Scheme is running in Madhya Pradesh. Under both these schemes, farmers are given Rs 6000 every year. In such a situation, farmers in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh now get Rs 12,000 every year.

Let us tell you that under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Rs 6,000 is transferred online annually to the farmers. This money is given to the farmers in three installments throughout the year. Farmers get Rs 2,000 in each installment. Similarly, now farmers of Maharashtra will also get Rs 2000 in every installment.

Farmers will get Rs 12,000 annually

In fact, while presenting the budget in March 2023, the Maharashtra government had announced the launch of Namo Kisan Mahasamman Nidhi Yojana for farmers. Under the Namo Kisan Mahasamman Nidhi Scheme, the Government of Maharashtra provides Rs 6,000 annually to the beneficiary farmers. Whereas, farmers also get Rs 6,000 under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. In this way, farmers of Maharashtra now get Rs 12,000 annually. Maharashtra government will spend a budget of Rs 6,900 crore for Namo Kisan Mahasamman Nidhi Scheme. More than 1.5 crore farmers of Maharashtra get the benefit of Namo Kisan Mahasamman Nidhi Yojana.

Chief Minister Welfare Scheme in Madhya Pradesh

Whereas Madhya Pradesh government had started Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana. Earlier, farmers used to get Rs 4000 every year through this scheme. Later Shivraj government increased it by Rs 2000. In such a situation, farmers in Madhya Pradesh get Rs 12,000 every year.

These documents will be needed

To avail the benefits of Namo Kisan Maha Samman Nidhi Yojana, the beneficiary must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra state. Along with this, farmers should have cultivable land. The applicant farmer should be registered with the Agriculture Department of Maharashtra. Apart from this, bank account of the applicant farmer is also necessary. This account should be linked to Aadhar card.
