A huge meeting is going to be held in the country’s capital Delhi today on the new Kashmir. This meeting, being held on the initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will be held at 3 pm.



New Delhi: A huge meeting is going to be held in the country’s capital Delhi today on New Kashmir. This meeting, being held on the initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will be held at 3 pm. After the removal of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, today for the first time talks are going to take place between the leaders of political parties of the Center and Jammu and Kashmir. Before the meeting, there is a stir in Delhi too, BJP President JP Nadda has called a meeting of BJP leaders of Jammu and Kashmir. Not only Bharatiya Janata Party but Congress has also called a meeting of leaders of Jammu and Kashmir, there will be a meeting of Congress party leaders at the house of Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, invited for talks with PM Modi.

The meeting to be held with local leaders with Prime Minister Modi regarding Jammu and Kashmir will start at 3 pm and 14 leaders of 8 political parties of Jammu and Kashmir have been invited by the Government of India for this meeting. Four former Chief Ministers of Jammu and Kashmir i.e. Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti and Ghulam Nabi Azad are going to attend this meeting. Apart from these, Ravindra Raina, Nirmal Singh and Kavinder Gupta have been called from the Bharatiya Janata Party. Other leaders, Yusuf Tarimagi, Sajjad Lone, Ghulam Ahmad Mir, Bhim Singh and Altaf Bukhari are also invited and they are also expected to attend the meeting.

In this meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will be involved on behalf of the government, apart from Prime Minister Amit Shah, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Principal Secretary PK Mishra and Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla will also attend the meeting on behalf of the Central Government .



The main issues that will be discussed in the meeting are yet to be officially discussed by the central government, but it is believed that the meeting will be held in Jammu and Kashmir, starting the political process, holding assembly elections, delimitation and delimitation. Development plans can be discussed. Apart from this, some political parties coming from Jammu and Kashmir have already said that they will raise the issue of withdrawal of Article 370 and 35A. The demand for delimitation in Jammu and Kashmir has been raised for a long time. At present, Jammu region has 37 assembly seats while Kashmir region has 46 assembly seats.
