Registration form 2021
Before availing benefits from the Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme (PMSS), candidates must first apply online for the Pradhan Mantri Chhatravruti Yojana PMSS (PM Scholarship Scheme). To fill the online form, just follow the instructions given below.
- The candidate has to first visit the official website of the Central Military Board, ksb.gov.in
- Scroll down to PMSS given in the header section of the website, go to ‘New Application’, and click on the link “Apply Online”, as shown in the picture below.

- After clicking on the link PM Scholarship Scheme online registration form will open as shown below.
- Here the candidate has to fill all his/her information properly, after which he/she has to fill the ‘Verification Code’ and click on the “Submit” button. After which the registration of Central Military Board Scholarship Scheme will be completed.
All the candidates have taken care that only those whose parents have served in the army can avail the benefits of Kendriya Military Board Scholarship Scheme. Applicants can apply for BE, BTech, BDS, MBBS, BBA, BCA etc.
Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme Eligibility
- Applicant must be a citizen of India.
- Only children of Ex-Coast Guard and Ex-Servicemen families can avail the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Scholarship Scheme (PMSS).
- Students who have taken admission in the first year (except lateral entry and integrated course) can apply for PMSS.
- The student must have 60% and above in Minimum Educational Qualification (MEQ) i.e. 10+2/Diploma/Graduation.
- Applicant age should be between 18 to 25 years.
Prime Minister Scholarship Scheme Amount of Aid
The following is the amount of assistance given under the PM Scholarship Scheme:
- 2250 per month scholarship will be provided for girls.
- 2000 rupees per month scholarship will be provided for boys.
Required Documents
Before applying for Kendriya Sainik Board Scholarship Online, applicants must ensure that they have the following documents:
- Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Coast Guard Certificate
- Bonafide certificate duly filled and signed by the Vice-Chancellor, Principal, Vice-Principal, Dean, Associate Dean, Registrar, Die Registrar, Director, Institute, Principal of the college as mentioned above.
