In this, all types of properties like housing, residential, commercial and industrial will be auctioned. You too can buy a house, shop or plot at very cheap prices by participating in this mega auction.
Punjab National Bank has given this information by tweeting. Complete information about the auction is available on Indian Banks Auction Mortgage Properties Information ie IBAPI. It has been formed by the Indian Banks Association.
The bank is going to auction the mortgaged property to get back the bad amount. PNB has 12,957 residential properties and 2,787 commercial properties up for auction in this mega auction. Apart from this, there are industrial properties 1,362, agricultural properties 104. A total of 11 banks are participating in this. These are the properties which have come in the list of default.

EMD has to be submitted for the respective property given in the notice of e-auction. The ‘KYC documents’ have to be shown at the concerned bank branch. The person participating in the auction must have a digital signature. If not, the e-auctioneer or any other authorized agency can be contacted for this.
The e-auctioneer will send the login ID and password to the bidder’s email id after depositing the EMD at the concerned bank branch and showing the KYC documents. As per rules of auction, bidding can be done by logging in on time on the day of e-auction.
